Supporting a major hospitality kitchen extension with new mechanical infrastructure
This project required demolition, supply, installation and commissioning of mechanical systems for a new, expanded commercial kitchen. Working with Paynters, we delivered precision ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and building-integrated mechanical-electrical infrastructure.
The mechanical engineering was executed to satisfy strict commercial kitchen safety, temperature regulation, grease-air extraction performance, and operational safety requirements.
