Gree XK76 Wired Wall Controller
The Gree XK76 is a wall-mounted programmable controller for compatible Gree split-system and ducted indoor units. It provides more advanced scheduling, locking and diagnostic functions than a standard wireless remote.

The XK76 is not a universal thermostat. Compatibility and the required harness depend on the exact Gree indoor-unit model and market version. It has been used with selected Gree high-wall ranges such as Terra, Vireo, Livo, Sapphire and Neo, as well as some rebranded Gree equipment, but the complete model number should be checked before ordering or wiring.

Not every function is available with every indoor unit. Unsupported functions may appear in the controller menu but will not operate.
Installation and wiring
- Isolate power to the indoor unit before connecting the controller.
- The normal indoor-unit connection uses a four-core twisted-pair communication cable.
- Some versions also have a two-core connection intended for compatible central-control arrangements.
- Maintain at least 200 mm separation between controller communication wiring and mains power or indoor–outdoor interconnection cables.
- Use screened twisted-pair cable where electromagnetic interference is likely.
- Do not apply 230 V or conventional 24 V thermostat power to its communication terminals.
- Mount indoors, away from direct sunlight, water, condensation and high-temperature equipment.
- The mounting plate is normally fixed using M4 × 25 screws.
- Some packaged versions include approximately 8 m (26 ft) of connection cable, but this should be confirmed with the Australian supplier.
Operation summary
- MODE: cycles through Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan and Heat.
- FAN: selects Low, Medium, High, Turbo or Auto.
- ▲/▼: adjusts the setpoint in 1°C steps.
- SWING: controls available louvre movements.
- MENU/OK: accesses schedules, functions, unit status, errors and locks.
- ON/OFF/BACK: starts or stops the system and returns to the previous menu.
